Came across your note in my saved email, and wanted to tell you how happy I am with the plants. I just noticed today that I have flower buds on each of them, and they're growing very well. I did not expect to see any signs of flowers this year, but it may happen.

I was just looking at your hosta pictures and wanted to commend you. Your catalog is the first I've seen that doesn't 'color enhance' their photos.  I've spent a lot of money buying hostas from various catalogs for their color, only to find huge color discrepancies between the costly plants I received and their deceptive catalog pictures. My plants look like those in your catalog pictures. I will definitely be purchasing from you in the spring. Thanks for your advertising honesty.

Received my plants last night in the mail. Thanks so much for the prompt shipment. I must say, when I opened the box and saw all the popcorn packing I was surprised. Then I read the sticker on the box about the Eco friendly shipping material. Very impressive!! Working in the Information industry, the waste that is generated in shipment has always concerned me. I can promise you that the box your shipped it in will find it's way to the recycling bin.

My hosta arrived safely in excellent condition. It was shipped on the 9th and arrived on the 10th. I planted it on the evening of the 10th and it hardly knew it was ever out of the ground. You did an excellent job of wrapping, packing and shipping.

The plants arrived yesterday and are in the ground. I was amazed at the wonderful condition they arrived in and the size of my Janet hosta. Thank you very much. I had decided not to ever order plants through the mail again until I received yours. I will definitely continue to add to my hosta collection through you and to recommend you to others.

First let me say, that I realize there's a certain risk involved ordering from over the internet. You don't know the seller, their product, and quite frankly they can "scam" you. In all honesty, I was somewhat skeptical in placing my order, but couldn't find the grasses I wanted locally. With that said, I have to say AAA Ornamentals offered better service than I ever could have expected from over the internet, and even better than most mail order catalogs. At every point in the transaction you people provided excellent service. From quickly answering initial questions, accommodating my change in shipping date, and punctual delivery. Unlike other grasses I've ordered through the mail, the plants arrived with plenty of new growth. Assuming they grow well this summer, I would not hesitate at all to buy from your company again.

I received my order of the subject hostas today. They were packed beautifully and were in great condition. I was happy to receive them with well developed leaf spikes and large, healthy roots as well. This was my first order from you, and I will definitely order again.

Just thought I would e-mail you how happy I am with my order ! . This was the first time I ordered ornamental grass through the mail , I wasn't sure what to expect. The plant's I received where in great condition , plus they where packed in bio-degradable peanut's !!! . The plant's went into the ground within 3 hrs., I did receive a small Miscanthus sinensis "Kaskade" , which was noted No Charge, and gave that a little more protection with a small cage that surrounds it to keep the squirrels out ! . So far the plant's look great !! , and look forward to future purchases from you.

I was prepared to be disappointed when I saw how small the box was. Not only were ALL seven plants inside but they look gorgeous! They are now in the ground and busy growing into BIG hostas. Thanks a lot for your special attention in finding the missing 'Gold Standard" plants.

They have already been planted and we received a great rain just as we finished putting them in the ground. My order arrived on Thursday, in fine shape.  I was particularly happy to get the Pennisetum setaceum 'Rubrum's, which I will use in containers on the deck.  I received orders from Plant Delights and Kurt Bluemel the same day, and your plants were equal to or larger than theirs in most cases. 

I feel as if I have been in an intensive ornamental grass seminar! I am so pleased to find this wonderful reference - and the comparison matrix - is a great tool. This has answered many of my questions and wonderings. I will certainly be ordering plants. I am in zone 5 - Columbia Missouri. Just received the shipment this afternoon, well about 5 hours ago to be exact. WOW, what a great job you did, and you were absolutely correct. I was so excited I could hardly wait to open the box. They were in beautiful shape and some looked as if they were at least one year older or more.

I had a nice surprise this afternoon when I came in from the back yard, my ornamental grasses had arrived.  I opened the front door and there they were. the plants were in great shape even though ups left the package in the sun. shade was available next to the steps but it was not put there.  these are beautiful plants and I'm sure they will be an asset to our perennial garden.  Thanks so much!
