"We guarantee our plants to be healthy, properly named and in good condition when you receive them. With proper placement and care they should flourish and multiply.

Due to planting, environmental conditions, and winter extremes beyond our control, we can not guarantee the long range life and productivity of the plant after it leaves our care.  The customer is expected to understand the needs of the plants, their unique environmental conditions and to find the 'right plant for the right spot'.

Any plants arriving in poor condition because of rough handling or other shipping extremes should be reported to weborder@hostas.com.  All plants received in poor condition are immediately replaced at no charge to the customer.

Because we only know the plants that grow in our local area, it is totally the responsibility of the mail order customer to know what plants can survive in their location. We are not responsible for plants that fail to overwinter in your location.
